Blason d’Issan is the second wine of the historic Margaux estate Château d’Issan, created in the mid-1990s from younger vineyard parcels.

Place & Terroir

Margaux’s gravelly soils and the Gironde’s moderating influence suit Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, supporting aromatic structure and finesse.

Perfect Pairings

Roast lamb, grilled beef, wild mushrooms or a savoury slow-cooked dish.

Serve around 16–18°C, with air for youthful structured bottles.
