General Questions
We currently deliver anywhere within HRM; delivery to the rest of Nova Scotia is coming soon.
Provincial liquor regulations and our private store agreement with the NSLC, do not permit us to ship outside our home province of Nova Scotia.
Online we accept AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, VISA/Debit, Prepaid VISA, Prepaid Mastercard.
To send a gift, select “Deliver it to me” at the start of the checkout process and enter the recipient’s address as the Shipping Address.
Use the Notes field to share contact information for the recipient, let us know if you’d like a card included. Ensure you select “Use different billing address” on the Shipping Address page to enter your address for billing purposes.
Identification: Any person ordering or receiving a delivery of alcohol must be 19 years of age and there needs to be someone present to receive the order.
This means our delivery drivers can’t leave the gift on their front step or behind a planter.
Think that might be a problem? Let them know a little something special is coming their way and confirm they will be home for the delivery time you have selected or find out before you select a time slot.

Delivery Questions
You shop our diverse selection of wine, beer, liquor, coolers & ciders and we ship it from our store right to your door anywhere in HRM. It is really that easy, and then you can focus on all the other things you need to do to get ready to relax or celebrate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a civic address when placing your order online.
Click & Collect – Order before 12pm, pick up your order at our retail store location the same day between 5pm – 10pm. Order after 12pm & your order will be available for pick up the next day between 5pm – 10pm.
Inside our Local Delivery Area (services available 7 days a week)
Same Day Delivery – Order today before 5pm and have it delivered today before 9pm. Time slots to choose from (subject to availability):
- 4pm – 7pm
- 6pm – 9pm
Next Day Delivery – Order today and choose a delivery time slot for tomorrow. Time slots to choose from (subject to availability):
- 10am – 6pm (All day)
- 10am – 1pm
- 1pm – 5pm
- 4pm – 7pm
- 6pm – 9pm
Click & Collect – No delivery fee.

When you spend over $150 online, delivery is FREE.

We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and community.
Our drivers will wear mask while delivering to you and maintain social distancing where possible.
Before you begin shopping with us, you agree that you are of age to purchase alcohol and therefore you or someone 19+ must be present to receive the order.
All our deliveries are now contactless, however you will need to present ID to the delivery driver when they arrive for them to successfully deliver your order.
If no one of age is home, the driver will keep the order and you will need to reach out to our customer service team at orders@rockhead.ca or (902) 435-6945 to re-schedule your delivery.
When picking up a Click & Collect order, staff will check the ID of the person collecting the order.
*Note: ID is required due to the contents of the package that is being purchased, as mandated by the government. Age is verified upon delivery by our couriers or staff in store, you must present / have ID ready if you appear under the age of 30 for them to verify. This is also a means to verify that the individual that this package is intended for in the shipping address matches the ID presented.
Canadian liquor laws do not allow us to leave alcohol unattended.
All deliveries are now completely contactless, but someone 19+ must be present to receive the order.
If no one is home, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful. Please see your delivery attempt notice & reach out to our customer service team at orders@rockhead.ca or (902) 435-6945 to re-schedule your delivery.
If you have missed your delivery & received a missed delivery attempt notice or believe you will miss your delivery, please email orders@rockhead.ca or call (902) 435-6945 with your order number so our customer service team can re-schedule your delivery.
Our Customer Service team is available by email or phone 8am – 8pm seven days a week.
Important: We will do our best to re-schedule for same day or move your order to Click & Collect, where possible. If not, deliveries will be scheduled for a future day.
