N°1 Saint-Cernin Rouge is an ultra-premium wine produced in small quantities on the distinctive terroir of the Plateau d’Issigeac. The expert guidance of Michel Rolland and his partner Julien Viaud, ensures that N°1 Saint-Cernin Rouge reaches the fullest expression of its distinctive terroir while achieving genuine excellence. The 2017 vintage was rated 92-93 by renowned wine critic James Suckling and won the Best Winemaker of the Year award for Bergerac appellation.
How to Enjoy
Serve at approximately 16–18°C. A short period of aeration can help the fruit and savoury notes open in the glass.
