Kyè is a Freisa wine produced by the Vajra family, who have championed traditional Piedmontese varieties alongside Nebbiolo.

Freisa grows in the Langhe hills and has a distinctive floral, spicy character with the lively acidity and tannin to accompany food.

Perfect Pairings

Roast lamb, grilled beef, wild mushrooms or a savoury slow-cooked dish.

Serve around 16–18°C, with air for youthful structured bottles.
