The “Repentis” have never been indifferent, ignorant or insensitive to their lands and their vines. They are guided by intuition and observation of their environment. They decide on their methods of managing the vineyard day after day without dogma, and always with a keen sense of care. The vines are managed in accordance with the methods of Organic Agriculture on clay-schist-sandy soils on hillsides at an altitude of 400m.
Aroma: An intense nose of black fruits.
Appearance: The colour of this wine is a deep ruby red with purple highlights.
Palate: This wine offers a nice roundness, lots of substance and is characterized by a good length in the mouth with freshness.
