Coming from plots located on the Cazelles terroir whose soil is mainly made up of limestone flakes. Classic Mediterranean climate marked by a mild winter and a hot summer.
Appearance: Its colour is bright and amber.
Palate: The mouth is fresh with aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit) and a finish of character with a hint of bitterness.
Aroma: it exudes aromas of citrus fruits, peach and white flowers.
Finish: Very dry and delicately bitter in the finish.
