The Chianti Classico Castello di Bossi has a dark Bordeaux red colour and medium depth in the glass.
On the nose, it releases the characteristic aroma of Sangiovese, with notes of black cherries, herbaceous spices and a clear touch of wood.
It expresses a fruity and youthful profile, enriched by hints of liquorice, but already remarkably complex for a Chianti Classico.
On the palate, it highlights a very pleasant fruit, with fresh and succulent aromas. The tannins are present but ripe, contributing to a good body and an appreciable persistence.
