Dry, medium bodied, french and american oaked Maréchal Foch, Castel and Leon Millot based red wine blend made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes. On the nose this wine shows notes of blackberry, oak and peppercorn. The palate shows a nice balance between smooth tannins, soft acidity, fresh fruit with a lingering oak and spice finish.
