This excellent wine is a classic Bordeaux blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon with an addition of other red varieties such as Cabernet Franc. The strength and elegance of the Cabernet Sauvignon lend it great character, while the Cabernet Franc contributes delicious tannins and dark chocolate and the Carignan freshness and sour cherry notes.
Appearance: garnet red, intense.
Aroma: its perfume reminds of red fruits such as ripe raspberry and black icing, with spicy notes and delicate roasting.
Palate: in the mouth it is wide-ranging, it opens showing its great body and density. It shows great balance, with a structure of important tannins, of great finesse. Its finish is soft, elegant and long persistence.
Ideal with red meats, game, braises, and strong cheeses.
