This Côte des Roses vintage celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, very varied, is mainly made up of clay-limestone soils and gravel. The plots benefit from a dual climatic influence, both Mediterranean and Atlantic, offering a subtle balance between generosity, elegance and freshness.
Notes of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant and light tannins. Serve chilled as an aperitif, with grilled meat, fish, or vegetables.
